Nexite is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.
You are responsible for what happens on your account, including anything done by someone you let use it. Account sharing is at your own risk. If your account is used to break our rules, the punishment applies to the account.
You must follow our rules at all times. They form part of these terms and set out exactly what each offence leads to.
Everything in our store is a virtual item. Virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not your property. You are buying a licence to use them inside Nexite for as long as we operate the service.
You buy from Tebex, not from us. Tebex Limited is the seller and merchant of record for everything in our store. We license our virtual items to Tebex, and Tebex sells them on to you, so your purchase contract is with Tebex and their terms govern the sale. We deliver the items to your account. Where their terms and ours disagree about a purchase, theirs apply.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Tebex calculates and adds any tax due at checkout based on your country, and shows you the total before you pay.
Premium is sold for a fixed period. If you buy it as a recurring subscription, it renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time using the cancel link in any subscription email Tebex sends you, or at checkout.tebex.io/payment-history. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund the period you are currently in.
We may change prices, change what items do, or stop offering an item at any time. Where we meaningfully reduce what something you already bought does, we will try to offer a fair alternative.
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because virtual items are delivered to your account immediately, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started. You confirm this at checkout.
For that reason all sales are final, and neither we nor Tebex offer refunds. This does not affect your rights where an item was never delivered or does not work as described. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us first: we will fix it where the problem is on our side, and put you on to Tebex where it concerns the payment itself, since they handle billing and refunds.
If you start a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, your account is permanently banned automatically and anything bought with the disputed payment is removed. This is listed in our rules as Chargeback and Payment Fraud.
If you think a payment was taken in error, email us. We would much rather sort it out directly.
We may suspend or permanently remove your access if you break the rules, abuse other players, cheat, or attempt to disrupt the service. Punishments follow the escalation ladder published on our rules page.
Being banned does not entitle you to a refund of anything you bought. If your punishment is eligible for appeal, the process is on the rules page.
We do not guarantee that Nexite will be online or uninterrupted. Servers go down, updates break things, and we may need to reset, change or discontinue a game mode. We will give notice where we reasonably can.
We are liable for damage caused by our own intent or conscious recklessness, or that of our management (opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid), and for anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, except where Dutch consumer law does not permit that limit.
We are not liable for lost in-game items, progress or currency, including where these are lost through a bug, a rollback or a server failure. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Nexite is intended for a general audience. If you are under 16, ask a parent or guardian before playing.
You must be at least 16 to buy anything. This is set by Tebex, who sell our store items, and we cannot make an exception to it. If you are 16 or 17, you may only buy something with the permission of a parent or guardian.
We may update these terms as our services change. The date at the top always reflects the latest version, and significant changes will be announced in our Discord. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you as a consumer the right to bring them elsewhere.
Purchases are the exception. Because Tebex is the seller, a dispute about a purchase is governed by English law and heard in the courts of England and Wales, as set out in their terms. Either way, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
